 A class for all abilities. This is a Hatha Yoga class, this means we practice one posture at a time, enabling us to develop balance, strength and flexibility. I always include breathing practices within the class and we end with a guided relaxation.
When I teach and practice yoga, it’s all about how we feel today. Every day is different. Sometimes we’ll push ourselves, sometimes it’s okay for us to take the more gentle path.Â
It's about finding that quiet place inside, so we can get to know ourselves better; learning to be still, and learning to create a state in which we are present in every moment.

Chair Yoga 11amÂ
A chair based yoga class for those needing a very gentle approach to movement. This class is aimed at maintaining mobility and strength and creating a sense of calm. Most postures are practiced seated but we also stand develop balance and stability. I always include breathing practices within the class and we end with a guided relaxation.
