Meditation Class

Sundays 5.00pm - 6.00pm Jennings Hall


A structured, chair based, session that teaches simple meditation techniques, often starting with guided breathing or body scans to induce relaxation and focus. Different forms of meditation will be taught so you can find the right one for you. Meditation is a practice that anyone can learn. You don’t need to be spiritual, just come with a willingness to learn and experience. The benefits of meditation can be:

  • Reduces stress and anxiety

  • Improves focus and concentration

  • Enhances emotional regulation and resilience

  • Increases self-awareness

  • Improves sleep and overall well-being
