GAMBLERS ANONYMOUS & GAM-ANAON
Thursdays: 8pm to 10pm in the Orpen Lounge & Plaxton Room
Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to do the same. GA members offer the hand of friendship to anyone who is looking to try and stop gambling.
If you are affected by someone else’s gambling then Gam-Anon can help. Our meetings are for anyone who has been affected by a loved one’s gambling problem. We have been where you are now. By sharing your experience you will find that you are not alone!
If you are seeking a solution for living with this problem, we would like you to feel that we understand as perhaps few can. Why not pop along and get the help you have been looking for. There is no membership or registration required, just turn up.
ALANON & ALATEEN FAMILY GROUPS
Tuesdays: 8pm to 9.30pm in the Allison Room
Alanon is a network of self-help groups for the family and friends of alcoholics. Members share their experience, strength and hope in order to solve their common problems, whether the alcoholic is still drinking or not.
Alateen is for those from 12 to 17 years of age, who are also entitled to attend Alanon Meetings. Two screened Alanon members provide stability and guidance at Alateen Meetings.

LINGFIELD WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP
Tuesdays: 7.45pm to 9.45pm (fortnightly) in the Orpen Lounge
This friendly women’s group meet fortnightly. Activities include monthly talks on various subjects, outings and social events. Everyone welcome.

Mondays, fortnightly : 10.30am – 12.00 noon in the Jennings Hall
A fun and stimulating singing group for people living with dementia and their carers run by the Good Care Company. These sessions promote communication through singing which can help with articulation, concentration, focus and motivation. The group is run in conjunction with Tandridge Trust and the Alzheimer’s Society.
£3.50 per person, per session.

TUESDAY LUNCH CLUB
Tuesdays: 12 noon – 2pm in the Jennings Hall
Open to elderly residents of Lingfield & Dormansland, the Tuesday Lunch Club is run by our Meals on Wheels team and provides a freshly cooked, 2 course lunch served in the lovely surroundings of Jennings Hall. The cost of lunch is £2.50.

DARBY & JOAN CLUB
Tuesdays 2pm – 4pm in the Jennings Hall
Open to the over 60’s, come along to meet friends and join in a range of activities including games, raffles, quizzes, entertainment and outings. Transport to and from the Jennings Hall is available for residents of Lingfield and Dormansland for a small charge.

SUNDAY LUNCH CLUB
3rd Sunday of the month in the Jennings Hall
The Sunday Lunch Club provides a 2 course roast dinner to elderly residents of Lingfield (over 60s). We meet once a month (on the 3rd Sunday) in the Jennings Hall and lunch costs £3.00. Transport can be arranged on request.

EAST GRINSTEAD FOODBANK
1st and 3rd Friday 1.30pm – 2.30pm in the Jennings Hall meeting room
From 2nd September 2016, the Foodbank will be here every Friday from 1pm to 3pm
If you have no food, and no money to buy any, East Grinstead Foodbank can help. Vouchers are available from many local organisations including the churches and doctor’s surgery.
