Both walks are over relatively flat terrain are supervised by fully-trained Volunteer Walk Leaders. We don't go over stiles and you go at your own pace. Its an opportunity to make new friends and get healthy. You don't need expensive walking boots, but it can get muddy, so wear sensible footwear and bring a waterproof or a brolly.
